Taking the senior management team of a growing company through an intensive management qualification, agreeing content with the Operations Director and supporting the team to introduce a range of practices and behaviours to support fast growth, empower junior managers and improve customer service whilst managing a 400% increase in staff and turnover.

Working with the management team of a local charity to introduce a shared destiny partnership approach to customer and contractor relationships to help them to manage a significant change in their operating environment, cope with a cut to their core funding and emerge both stronger and more creative.
